If you have an attraction to skinny women, you are either homophobic(because skinny women look like boys), fatophobic(because you don't appreciate a woman with curves), or a paedophile(because you like children who are undeveloped). Apparently she makes no allowances for skinny women being a perfectly natural body type, or even just men having a preference for someone similar in size to themselves.
