Make the Ninja a Ninji from SMB2.

I've rearranged some roles. Made Wario/Waluigi third party, made Toadsworth Judge (probably should be governor.)

Also, orc should be one of those oracles from the Paper Mario series. One of them if I remember correctly was named Merlon, so yeah.
