I look at Germs profile in hopes of finding more delicious drama to read, and saw his game history. Does he actually play any games, or, pun intended, just scumhunt?
Germ has alot of experience in catching cheaters im pretty sure he will find more out.

lucid really judges each case separably and decides their punishment from that. if geno admits to cheating, he probably wont be banned, just have his points taken away or something like that. If people have to prove he's cheating, then he could get perma banned (unlikely, but ya)
basicly, now that we know that colin was in fact throwing games, it puts geno in a much worse position. colin was in 10 games with geno, which means that colin played 5 games with geno, then he got on the next day and played 5 more with him. It's not a coincidence that theyre ending up in the same game, which means geno had to have invited colin to his games....knowing that he would be throwing games and they were probably also rolesharing
from history, game throwing during someone's trophy run scales up the consequences
