Will the detective or stalker win out?

This is a multi-setup I attempted to make specifically to use the Detective. The Detective is trying to figure out which PR are real and which are not.

When there is a watcher, there is no tracker. When there is a deputy, there is no jailer. But beware - when a PR doesn't exist, its equivalent is on the mafia!
