Everyone should self-vote on Day 1. Maf and fool will want to hold back to get hammer. If it's maf and 2 hunters in 3-way lylo, everybody self-vote. If it's maf, hunter, and fool, then both hunter and fool need to claim fool, and maf has to vote the one he really thinks is fool.
