it could be made more balanced

doc and cop are powerful roles, however i guess together they are not as strong, however i think a bodyguard protection or nurse protection could work better.

if you give it a nurse protection make it Cop Track Nurse

if you give it bg make it Cop Bg Drunk

Panda, yours had more power than this. I think this is the most balanced, classic version of the JOAT. And it has the classic name, as well.

I think this is a neat concept, but I think that it should be one use ever overall rather than one use per action. Most PRs barely make it past two nights as it is. Giving it my vote though.

I think it needs to be tweaked a bit before it could actually become a role, but I like the idea. +'d

Jack is dumb, because it has nothing to do with cards, and making it able to access all the roles is incredibly unbalanced and would overload the server, most likely.

ok, Joat needs to be named Jack. Second, all visiting abilities should be available. Eg: Cop, watcher, tracker, doc/bg, gunsmith, baker, drunk.

I still prefer the original jack with cop doc vig though

I would say he gets one shot at 3 randomly selected town pr abilities (may or may not be selected from the prs in the setup). Making the three abilities set seems boring compared to the possibilities. Still a good role though, +ed.

Mine's better for two reasons.
1) The abilities. Why give it two investigative abilities, one weak and one strong? That's just redundant.
2) The name. This role is classically abbreviated as JOAT.

Someone else has the same role, only it is called jack.

After using all three, he essentially becomes blue, but is still seen by stalker as JOAT.

Giving him a vig ability seems to make him better than a lot of PRs, since most smart vigs don't end up shooting more than once anyway.

I like it, what about a watcher ability instead of doc abilitity? It's easier to be a watcher than to be a doctor

I like this. But, what happens to him after he's used all three? Does he become a blue? I don't think this is overpowered, seeing as how not that many games even make it to D4. Good role, plussed it.

The fact that he's a master of none is reflected in the fact that he only gets one shot of each. And I don't really think he should be weaker, since he can only use abilities for 3 nights. He's already not as good as any of those 3 PRs, since town can't rely on his consistency. But thanks a ton for the feedback.

He chooses an ability, but it only has 50% chance of working.
