- If the Doc visits the person with the virus they will be cured (and turn into a villager). If a person who is infected and a visiting roll visits someone they will also infect that person, same with visiting someone who is infected.
- After someone is infected they cannot preform their night action until they are cured. Excludes mafia kills but will stop hooker from hooking etc.
- Wins if they get majority of the town infected or if cured and will win with town
