The first comment is correct: Tracker should not see that the Hypnotist visited the target.

Also, Teksura's comment is correct: this should not be an extra kill (that means Mafia gets two nightkills), but instead used to frame a tracked player.

Actually, instead of him being only able to use it once, I would suggest him only being able to use it when the maf NK; this allows both Tracker and Watcher to get a guilty on the hypno-d indiviual, while not giving the mafia two kills.

Why does it need to be a kill? Just have the hypnotist visit someone, and whoever they visit is forced to visit anyone of the hypnotists choice. This lets the tracker get a false guilty (much like a framer), AND it can set off a witch if you really want the mafia having 2 kills.

Good Idea except maybe when the first player is tracked, the report should only show them visiting the second and not the hypnotist. Other than that it looks good.
