You definitely shouldn't be able to create yakuzas, otherwise it's massively overpowered in my opinion. Other roles probably likewise. Otherwise, seems good.

Other setups like "Fool Training" allow for more creativity; you can turn the epic scumhunting townie into a fool and watch as everyone gets pissed at him and lynches right into a joint-win. You could choose to upgrade your nilla into another hooker. In "SK vs. Mafia", in "Everyone Man For Himself!" you could turn the yakked nilla into another Yakuza to start the cycle all over again, or turn someone into a Granny an watch the fool get himself shot. Turn the Fool into a Lyncher.

You can only reprogram one person per game per Hypnotist.
Who would you turn into a blue, though?
Assuming we're playing something like "Catch Me if You Can" with a hypnotist, there are obvious choices; arbitrarily turn someone into a Miller, make your fellow mafioso a godfather... but you can't get the important people. No guarantee you can find the Doctor, and the Cop is being visited nightly. There's even the chance the Cop will catch you in the act with a measure of bad luck.

seems like the obvious choice would be to turn everyone into a blue
