In the vaguest sense, yes. However, she does not SWAP night actions. She TAKES someone else's night actions along with her own. A bit of a gimped driver, but it could be very useful for setup-craft as it is a simpler version of said driver that requires a bit of creativity and a good measure of gamblers instinct to use. After all, its your hide on the line when you mess with someone else's night actions.
