This is a formal warning: Stop posting threads in the wrong sub-forums. The "Epicmafia" section description clearly says "Not the place to discuss reports." You've made this mistake 3-4 times now, and a verbal warning is not appropriate anymore.

If you have an issue with either report, appeal it. I didn't deal with the "precedent" you're talking about, so if you have an issue with it, talk to the moderator who gave you the violation. I agree with both decisions and would sustain both. For the game in which you received the harassment violation, you broke the rule with intent to put Riddler down. For the game in which you reported someone else for he same action, you didn't feel insulted, nor did the person speaking to you attempt to put you down. You only reported the game as an attempt to undermine the decision made about a previous violation you received. Don't even try to say I don't know what you're doing here.
