So hopefully this is my last thread for a while, but who's getting the game? I already have game fly shipping it to my house so that this weekend I'll have it for spring break all week. I plan on beating it that week, since gamefly needs to get cancelled right after spring break.

THE REASON WHY THE GAME IS CALLED FINAL FANTASY!!!

So the reason is that the development team that made the game gambled when they made it, they would have gone broke if they didn't do well with the game, so they called it their final fantasy. It had nothing to do with the story line, other than the game being a fantasy, so their final fantasy.

And the games never have anything to do with each other, other than FFX and FFx-2 but that wasn't another number, it was still FFx. The only thing that is the same is the same motifs and the similar gameplay, you fight people, you level up, you explore the world, and you fight bosses while collecting stuff.

it's really fun, and some final fantasys have been really amazing. Hopefully this one is as well.

you know if you really hated the graphics, then you played them retroactively. which means you're a noob.

and leafgreen and firered are good enough remakes.

during those times that i were playing them, graphics is TRULY awesome. but not when newer version comes.

that's the same thing. the graphics weren't a problem in older games cause you didn't have anything better to compare them too. The gameplay is still awesome.

Btw I have a question on FF13 for those who played and/or reached Chapter 11 (YES SPOILER, SO DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR GAME RUINED) lulz.

AGAIN, SPOILER. READ ONLY IF YOU'RE NEAR THE END OF CHAPTER 11 OR FURTHER.

In chapter 11 after you repair the dog robot thing in Oerba it gives you a hint about the Sulyya Springs having extra treasure. I've done it and met the Fal'Cie and all, but I was wondering is there a way for you to actually fight the Fal'Cie? I just feel like I'm missing out on something to just be given treasure from it :S.

I couldn't play g/s/c anymore because the graphs compared to say, r/b/e/fr/lg/dia/pearl/plat are just bad. Sure my eyes used to love it, but now they hate it >:(

this game sucks imo. Too linear, You can't do anything unless the game tells you to do it. The formula: 2 battles, scene, 2 battles, scene, 2 battles, scene. Is gay. I'm on chapter 5 i hope it gets better

Oh, is that where the water fal'cie activates all those froggy enemies? I did that when I first walked through the area, and it was really hard at the time. lol.

I didn't fight the fal'cie.

it looks good. the characters look pretty, too all the people in the world iin real life arent all that beautiful.

but i heard it sucks. and im not wasting my money on a playstation 3 so ya not happenin.

I don't mind the linear gameplay since it's in Crisis Core too, which I absolutely loved.
