I chose to save the LEAST LIKELY MAFIA KILL TARGET (BECAUSE HE WAS DOCSAVE). Mafia chose to kill the MOST LIKELY DOC SAVE (because he was the first docsave n3). Clear cut mafia is having a much more active role in forcing draw than doctor is!!

doc saving(getting lucky) is gt..lol ....... maf killing who will be saved.. lol actually it was not autoloss for mafia to kill doc.. forcing draw(intentionally) on not autoloss is gt.. they could have killed doc.. why should town be forced into losing a clear .... and moreover.. doc trying to save means there is intention to save.. if he knew that a save would lead to draw, he wouldnt do that.. why would he.. but atikur knew that save leads to draw, and still hit doc save, though killing doc was not autoloss.. orcs were ccd,,, i fosd atikur, thus she tried to kill me..
Peter, that logic is flawed. Doc is forced to let his docsave from N3 die just because mafia chose to NK for three nights?? This is a direct punishment for the doc for having saved in the first place! Town should get a reward for doc saving instead of such a punishment! Mafia targetted the doc save in this game who was obviously going to be doc'd so they gamethrew.
6 players, N1 janned role (nilla ccd cop!): Doc role becomes obsolete because whenever there is a doc save (fundamentally a good thing), doc is forced to not claim - and hence it narrows down doc for mafia (fundamentally a bad thing). Why does doc not claim? Because if he does, town will NL due to possibility of real doc being janned and the save being 'fake'. And the whole mafia NK thing will force meteor to arrive. Doc having successfully saved turns into a punishment rather than reward for town. If there is a rule that says doc save on meteor is GT, it better be bloody changed soon because it is fundamentally incorrect. Mafia should also have enough nights before meteor comes to make sure they can kill doc (ie night number greater than or equal to number of towns alive)
Well I actually saved because I did not know that no death results in draw. I thought the meteor acts like a 'force action' for mafia and if they nk it's a draw. I thought if I saved correctly then I'd definitely have a clear. The point is though that mafia targetted the docsave instead of the doc - they knew they had a 0 chance of hitting doc and hence it was a suboptimal kill, especially given that the kill was the docsave N3. The meteor came as a result of the mafia NKing 2 nights in a row after a doc save - so it's entirely the mafia's fault it happened at all. Listen, if doc save on meteor is GT, then whenever doc saves some night in such a scenario, automatic play for maf would be to NK until meteor and then kill the docsave to automatically remove a clear. Hang on - that means town lose a clear for THE GOOD DOC SAVING SUCCESSFULLY?? Think about it, if we class doc saving on meteor night as GT, then doc role becomes obsolete.
if the doc "succeeds" in his save, then he loses the game. the doc attempted to save someone rather than no save, so he made an active attempt to lose the game, clear and cut
You didn't seem to accommodate the meteor either - if you thought you would die, why save at all? Why try to save pranay unless you thought we'd target him and thereby force the game into a draw? Looks like you were more worried about having a higher chance of winning rather than preventing a draw. And yeah voltron, it is and always has been gamethrowing to save on meteor night. You'd know that if you weren't busy mishammering in every game you've partaken in in the past week.
Please give atikur a violation for gamethrowing. Read the game. Mafia knew I'm doc yet decided to kill pranay to 'make it seem like they didnt do it' - killing who they were certain is doc would give them much higher chances of not forcing draw than killing THE OBVIOUS DOC SAVE. PRANAY WAS MY FIRST SAVE SO OF COURSE I WOULD BE ON HIM. YOU GUYS KNEW PRANAY WAS SAVED NIGHT 3. WHY DID YOU TARGET HIM ON METEOR NIGHT? THATS A TRUE GAMETHROW - I JUST PLAYED MY ROLE. METEOR CAME AT NIGHT TO MAFIA - IT WASNT THE DOC;S FAULT METEOR CAME IN THE FIRST PLACE, MAFIA MADE THE METEOR APPEAR, SO ITS THEIR JOB TO DEAL WITH IT.
