the fact that he asked for kudos shows that it was only bad play because he did not do it on purpose also lol at mike/zovea reporting for heart refunds lol
if the only clear proposes a lynch on someone, and that someone does not say that they are town or try to get the lynch off them in even the most mild way possible, then they've essentially given up and are outting as mafia or just throwing the game in which case it would be refunded.
