ISP d1, does not claim that she is gov when the lynch is on her. Says about 4 lines with no contribution at all. Then when it came time to overturn she said nothing and fast lynched onto most peoples town read. She was clearly there when town was voting her and she didn't say one word about it.

Well, the rules say ISP violations are only given out if the user does so over the course of at least two days in a game that goes past D1. Seeing as she was alive for only one day, I don't think giving the full violation is justified here. However, since her contribution this game was so bare and minimal, I do want to leave a note and a reminder to participate more in future games.
