He was skyping with my maf partner during game. Can't prove that they shared anything, but its still illegal. Also said offensive comment postgame, and was a jerk about it in general. Also reporting Imnotthemafia for game throwing and NK'ing, refusing to respond at the beginning of the night and refusing to change his/her vote.

I will also be refunding this game, considering the no kill night one had a direct effect on the game and was because of the communication between the two players.

I would almost buy that being in a chat with someone during a game doesn't work for OGI but the fact that the person you are with refused to kill you because it would be "obvious" over skype that you killed him proves more than enough that there was some talk about the game in this conversation. Please stop skyping during the game if it's going to influence the way you play and think. I'm going to give both of you OGI violations, but I'll keep a close eye on the games you guys play together and just be glad I'm not giving you a cheating violation.
