As far as I know, "minor harassment"(that is, in game harassment) requires that you ask the person to stop. However, "harassment"(taking place on the forums, walls, etc.) does not require a request to stop first.

Shouldn't have stupidly made 3 reports pertaining to the same incident in the first place, lol. Calling you out on it is not harassment.
