As for what he did, I don't think he was really trying to sway the lynch, he was just angry.

i already said that it was clearly meant to make mafia kill,but that did not baer any outcome so, and masta thats exactly what my point was,like town would rage obviously to a play like that,so i dont think it was OGI,because it wasnt to sway the lynch but a way to convince mafia to kill which i dont think was wrong.

Thats not relevant. If he wasnt punishing me for appealing, he would have made the report before i appealed his decision. And if it were a fair judgement, another mod could have handled it.

He didn't punish you for appealing his decision, he punished you for copying your meeting and essentially throwing, regardless of whether town followed it or not, you earned a violation as did jared.

I also want to note that riot made good on his word for reporting ME (the sole person responsible for this game not being thrown) for gamethrowing, and proceded to mod his own report without giving me time to respond. I want my suspension lifted immediatly, and if you think i was gamethrowing, file a legitimate report and let me make my case. YOU ARNT ALLOWED TO PUNISH SOMEONE FOR APPEALING YOUR DECISION.

The extreme incompetence of this mod is disgusting. I can't tell if he is trolling or modding.. I sincerely hope it is the former. If not, he should be immediately demoted. Decision should be overturned and the appropriate ban should be administered to the cheater from the original report.

I would vote to overturn and create a note. His "get negbombed" comment can be open to dual interpretations. I agree with Riot that negging is legal, but I agree with Liva that using negs to sway a vote is OGI. He was also very inspecific, not really saying "I'll neg you" but more like "everyone will neg you because it's bad play".

Vote to overturn to OGI. "NL and get negbombed" seems like a threat to neg people if they don't vote your way, IMO.

Serket... I agree trying to sway night actions is fuctionally equivalent to swayibg a lynch, but as your screenshot shows, and as a time table of actions will show, and as is apparent with there being no night actions remaining if they got their way... thats not what they did. They litterally tried to sway the lynch with threats.

To the moderators, this still warrants an OGI violation at least. Trying to use threats of negging to sway mafia night actions is FUNCTIONALLY EQUIVALENT to trying to sway a lynch in the day. Negging might be legal but not to manipulate people into doing what you want in a game, that's OGI pure and simple. I agree with the violation for Ineffective, because two wrongs don't make a right, and jared is still guilty of using OGI to try and manipulate the mafia's kills/strategy.

You convinced everyone in the game to vote NO ONE, except me. You did this by assuring them that it was ok because mafia would be negbombed and reported for Nking. Hence, you clearly TRIED to sway the lynch based on out of the game influences. Not only that, but had you been successful, you would be responsible for throwing the game.
