Absolutely needs to be refunded if you think its gamethrowing... but per his explenation I dont think it is

I apologized for this. I am 100% at fault as Kyle described. My apology can be seen in lobby. I made a mistake and thought my partner bussed on me in a situation where I could still be saved. I did not see Gauntlets vote on Kyle. I made a mistake and I am at fault.

I am sorry I did not intend to game-throw.. I was just frustrated. Had a tough day at work and some other stuff is going on in my life.
