I was warned for harrassment. Rules clearly state that harassment is:
Excessively insulting a player without intentional provocation after they've told you to stop.
I didn't directly insult any players. Would also like to point out that I was never told to stop saying what I was saying. Calling me a racist is more harassment then what i did.

The problem is that the TOS calls for an account termination. It doesn't say "After X offences" or "At moderators discretion". It says that the account WILL be terminated.

If the offense is repeated enough times, a player will be banned. What exactly is the problem?

Index if you're going to be using the tos for you're reasoning then you must also follow the punishment for it that was stated in the tos.

Voting to overturn. It wasn't directed at anybody and *currently* racism isn't explicitly stated in the rules.

If something is against the rules then it must be explicitly stated. In many countries the equivalent of nigger is not offensive in the slightest and racism is held in a different light. If racism is against the rules, it must be explicitly stated. Not everyone is from America where saying "nigger" or "cunt" or anything similar is offensive.

The fact that this is even being discussed is ridiculous. Racial slurs are inherently hateful and offensive by nature. It's not even necessary to be explicitly stated because it's that obvious, and living in the 21st century, you should know better. That being said, it's obvious you just created this appeal just so you could argue this absolutely ridiculous point, because why would you even appeal a verbal warning, other than to argue that "you're right"?

No where in the rules does it say racial slur is a violation. No where. I've read through it like 5 times.

I'm still not sure on the harassment rules for racial slurs >.< I don't think anyone ever asked him to stop, so I'd vote to overturn. However, is using a racial slur in general against the rules? If so then I'd sustain it.

The use of racial slurs (such as nigger) is unacceptable in any circumstance. I gave you the community violation for Harassment, not the game-related violation for Minor Harassment.

It's also not harassment to a player if it's not directed towards anybody specific.
