Vote to overturn. Whether or not he was bitter at Derfel seems to be beyond the point, IMO. Really it just seems like bad play or not thinking through decisions, rather than a flat-out attempt to gamethrow.

Sorry, not true. I was trying to win. What would make me look 100% legit cop? Bussing the lawyer. So I did. What was 100% autolose? When the lawyer gamethrows, which you RECEIVED A VIOLATION/SUSPENSION for.

To get the full picture of this, you have to realize that general was being abusive towards me (received a separate violation for it) in pre-game, and would not listen to either of his mafia partners in the N1 chat. He had decided to guilty me no matter what my role was, or if there was a doc save or not. His actions were not carried out with the intention of winning, only to harass me for his own revenge I guess.

Because he was getting all worried about who we killed and yada yada. I knew it didn't matter. So to calm him down I just said things like, trust me, we got this, etc, so that he would vote and we could just lose already.

It just seems weird that you mentioned you were going to jan cop, but now say it wouldn't have mattered. Why didn't you explain that to Creper?

1) It didn't matter, I was already outted as scum and the game was autolose. 2) On the offchance I made it out of that situation, I wanted to jan the doc so that my last un guiltied partner could claim doc and not have a cc.

Dragon, if you click the link below you can see that after you suspended him for 24 hours, Index reversed it almost right away. He still hasn't been punished.

Derfel, a complaint was brought to me about you receiving only one hour for a game throwing violation… As the violation was appealed and sustained, I see no reason for you to get special treatment for your suspension.

Index, did you even read the game?!?!?!?!? I wasn't lynched because I killed the cop. I was lynched because Derfel gamethrew, outted his partner, and town knew. I didn't have a chance in hell no matter what after Derfel gamethrew. THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED GAMETHROWING!!

Dragon, I asked for Laexio's opinion on this before giving the violation. General guiltied his partner, got him lynched, then killed the cop, which got himself lynched. Busses don't involve making oneself confirmed mafia.

DragonUnicorn - you are the same moderator that just added an additional 23 hours to my suspension a day after the fact. But besides that - the player in question here decided to bus the lawyer against the wishes/advice of his teammates, and after a doc save. This was done solely in some sort of revenge move against me, who was in an earlier game with him and lost.

I vote to overturn. He was planning on bussing d1 which, after the doc save, would have been a very bad move but without the doc save is just strategizing. If anything, because of the doc save, it's bad play, not gamethrowing though. The only fishy thing here is not janning the cop n2, which after Derf revealed him isn't that violation worthy...
